Service Technician – Commercial AV
Are you an experienced Commercial AV Service Technician who enjoys diagnosing faults, solving technical problems and delivering exceptional customer service?
Our client, a well-established commercial audiovisual integration company based in South Florida, is looking to add a Service Technician to its growing team as demand for its service division continues to increase.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, family-oriented organisation where you'll work on a wide variety of commercial AV systems across corporate, education, healthcare and government environments.
The role
You'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out preventative maintenance visits across client sites
- Responding to reactive break-fix service calls
- Diagnosing and resolving commercial AV system faults
- Supporting Crestron, Q-SYS and associated AV technologies
- Delivering professional, client-focused service at every visit
- Producing clear service reports and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams
We're looking for someone with:
- Commercial AV service or installation experience
- Experience working with Crestron systems
- Knowledge of Q-SYS and commercial AV environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
- A professional, organised approach to work
- The ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team
