Christy Media is working with an established technology manufacturer that delivers advanced IP-based solutions into the broadcast, professional AV and mission-critical markets.

As part of continued growth, we're looking for a customer-focused Sales Engineer to work alongside the sales team, helping customers design, deploy and maximise innovative technology solutions across North and South America.

This is a varied role that combines technical consultancy, solution design, product demonstrations, commissioning and customer training. You'll work closely with channel partners, systems integrators and end users, becoming a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the sales team with technical expertise throughout the sales process.
• Delivering product demonstrations, proof of concepts and customer presentations.
• Designing technical solutions and responding to customer requirements.
• Supporting system commissioning, implementation and user training.
• Building strong relationships with customers, partners and integrators.
• Representing the business at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.

About You

You'll have experience in a customer-facing technical role within broadcast, professional AV, AV-over-IP, networking or systems integration.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, is confident presenting to customers, and is equally comfortable in front of a whiteboard, in a demo room or on-site delivering a solution.

Knowledge of IP networking, KVM, video workflows or control room technologies would be highly advantageous, although training will be provided for the right individual.
