Project Manager – Enterprise AV Solutions

Christy Media Solutions is recruiting an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client, a provider of managed customer-facing technology solutions.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of Enterprise AV projects from initiation through to completion, working closely with technical teams, customers and third-party AV integration partners to deliver successful implementations.

The role primarily focuses on Enterprise AV Solutions, with the opportunity to support deployments and initiatives across a wider technology portfolio.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee project delivery, ensuring that activities are coordinated effectively, milestones are achieved and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer and AV integration partner onboarding.

• Leading project kick-off meetings and coordinating project delivery activities.

• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines and Scope of Work documentation.

• Coordinating Technical Services engineers, site visits and installation activities.

• Gathering and validating technical and pre-deployment requirements.

• Working with customers, AV partners and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support successful implementations.

• Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and post-installation remedial actions.

• Providing clear communication and project updates to customers and stakeholders.

• Coordinating customer and partner training where required.

• Ensuring projects are successfully handed over and signed off upon completion.

About You

We are looking for an organised, proactive and solutions-focused Project Manager with experience delivering enterprise technology projects.

You will bring:

• Experience with IPTV solutions and associated network infrastructure.

• Knowledge of digital signage technologies and deployments.

• Strong understanding of audio visual (AV) technologies and industry practices.

• Experience working with enterprise technology implementations.

• Excellent project coordination, organisational and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Confidence presenting project updates and working directly with customers.

• A proactive approach to risk identification, issue resolution and managing expectations.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and commercial teams.

Desirable: Project Management / PMO certification.
