Our client is looking for a NOC Engineer to join their 24/7 Network Operations Centre based in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity to support critical broadcast and network operations, ensuring reliable transmission services for both internal teams and external clients around the world.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring broadcast transmission systems and network services
• Responding to operational incidents and resolving faults
• Supporting live broadcast and connectivity services
• Performing system checks, maintenance and quality control
• Working closely with engineering teams, customers and operational stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Experience within a broadcast or media network operations environment
• Knowledge of broadcast transmission technologies such as SDI, DVB-S/S2, MPEG and streaming protocols
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• A calm, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
