Inside Sales Representative
Massachusetts or California | Office Based
Christy Media Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for two Inside Sales Representatives to join a growing US sales team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to build a career within technology sales while working alongside experienced Territory Managers in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Territory Managers in achieving regional sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Follow up sales leads and trade show opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and sales opportunities.
- Prepare customer quotations and support order activity.
- Build strong customer relationships and develop product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn technical products.
- Understanding of computer systems, with networking knowledge advantageous.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Additional language skills (Spanish, French or Portuguese) are advantageous.
Working Arrangement
- Fully office-based.
- Locations: Massachusetts or California.
- Occasional travel to trade shows and customer events.
