Head of Marketing
Christy Media Solutions is delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised manufacturer of professional audio solutions and a leader in live sound to recruit a Head of Marketing .
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketing professional to lead a small marketing team while remaining actively involved in delivering high-quality marketing campaigns across global markets.
Working closely with Product Management and Sales, you'll lead the development and execution of marketing strategy, oversee product launches, trade show activity, digital marketing, PR, content and channel marketing, ensuring all activity supports the company's commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the marketing function and marketing team
Develop and execute the company marketing strategy
Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, events and distribution channels
Oversee product launches and product life-cycle marketing
Manage budgets, KPIs and campaign performance
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Product Management and Sales
About You
Marketing leadership experience within Professional Audio, Broadcast, Live Production, AV Technology or a related technical B2B sector
Experience leading a marketing team whilst remaining hands-on
Strong commercial awareness
Experience delivering product launches and channel marketing
Comfortable working across international markets
Collaborative, energetic and eager to build a long-term career
