Emily Oliver

Associate Director

Emily joined Christy Media Solutions in 2009, after completing her degree in Media and Cultural Studies. She initially worked across all areas of the broadcast sector, gaining a breadth of experience recruiting for a wide range of roles, before choosing to specialise in engineering & IT recruitment. In 2015 Emily passed her IABM exam to achieve Certified Broadcast and Media Technologist Associate status and continues to support Christy Media Solutions across all of our specialist areas.

Emily has progressed to become Associate Director in 2019 and now manages our jobs delivery function, playing an integral role in the distribution of jobs internally and running weekly / monthly sales competitions. She works closely with broadcasters, content distributers, telco’s, system integrators and post houses, bringing dedication, enthusiasm and a great sense of humour to the team.

Emily regularly attends industry events and really enjoys speaking with her clients and candidates to gain a full understanding of their individual recruitment needs and job aspirations. She is a “people person” and genuinely enjoys interacting with candidates and maintaining the professional relationships she has developed within the broadcast industry.

In her free time, Emily enjoys socialising with friends, visiting new places on holiday and spending time with her family.
