The Brief

Following the successful placement of the Procurement Manager, the candidate we placed re-engaged Christy Media to help build his team, starting with a Senior Procurement Analyst for their London office.

This was the Hiring Manager’s first hire and a crucial one at that. The challenge was to find a senior-level candidate who could hit the ground running and be relied upon to deliver exceptional results. 

Our Approach

We researched the technologies for the area this role would sit in, enabling us to build a strategy targeting specific candidates with relevant procurement experience. 

We mapped out the local market of candidates within the industry, identifying profiles with the closest match to the criteria defined with our client and targeting those with specific technology knowledge that our client would gain most value from. 

The Outcome

We presented a short list of strong options and managed these candidates throughout the process through to final placement, ensuring our client’s first hire was successful and supporting him in achieving his objectives for departmental growth.
