The Brief

Our client was looking for a highly experienced Director of Post-Production to head up their Editing and Graphics division based in Jamaica and strategically drive forward all creative output for the business.

We had a big challenge ahead of us to source candidates not only willing to relocate to the Caribbean, but with a niche combination of proven managerial skills and hybrid ,hands-on experience of both non-linear editing and graphic design.

Our Approach

We mapped out major competitors within the sports broadcasting space, identifying household brands and hard-hitting candidates worldwide.

Through searching our global database, and proactively head-hunting, we maximised our referral channels across our international network of contacts, to identify fresh talent.

We also implemented targeted recruitment campaigns, advertising across industry-specific job boards, our own website, mail shots and social media channels.

The Outcome

We presented a short list of 8 candidates to provide the client with a skilled selection to choose from and interviews took place in London. We successfully filled this position in 2017.
