There’s a big announcement from Christy Media HQ. We are thrilled to announce that after 16 years with Christy Media Solutions, both Mark Burke and Deborah Cross have been promoted to Directors of the business.

Christian Magill, Founder of Christy Media Solutions said: “Deborah and Mark are integral parts of the team and critical to our success. They are at the forefront of our delivery efforts and have been catalysts in the development of our brand and reputation. Both have an incredible amount of talent and expertise and I’m absolutely delighted to see them being appointed as Directors and continue to work alongside them as we grow and develop Christy Media.”

On her work to date and future plans, Deborah said: “It’s been a fantastic journey. I’m immensely proud to be part of the team who have established ourselves as a highly respected leader in our sector. In my new role of Commercial Director I will be focusing on maintaining existing industry relationships as well as forging new key partnerships. It’s also essential that we continue to offer our candidates and clients the quality, professional and valuable experience that they have come to expect from us.

We have a very low turnover of staff which is unusual in the recruitment industry, and we actively encourage career development and progression for all our consultants.  My favourite part of my job is the incredible people I get to work with. Mark said about his new role and time at Christy Media: “Watching the company grow from just Christian, Deborah and myself, to an industry renowned, global organisation with a strong and successful team is a privilege and something I’m extremely proud of. A key focus for me as Sales Director will be ensuring we continue to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our industry while helping our consultants develop their knowledge and experience and excel in their careers.”
