We are currently recruiting on behalf of a technology leader in cloud-based video delivery solutions that has an immediate requirement for a VP of Sales to be responsible for expanding its sales strategy across all US territories. Having recently achieved Microsoft ISV partner status, as well as key appointments at board level and a huge injection of capital for future product developments; this is an ideal time to join this rapidly expanding organisation.
As VP of Strategic Sales, your objectives will include identifying and creating new business opportunities within key verticals. Engaging at C Level with new targeted accounts, you will also be responsible for the direct sales channel. To be considered, you must have an excellent understanding of cloud solution technologies and a proven record in high revenue sales within this space. You must be a relentless and passionate seller who can establish and nurture client relationships, identify their business needs and align these to the company's technical solutions. An understanding of media technology infrastructure, broadcast workflows or cloud-media platforms is also highly advantageous for this role.
Additional key requirements of this opportunity include keeping abreast of the competitive market landscape, developing innovative and new ideas for commercial activities, and participating in sales and marketing events globally.
Applicants will be home based, must be located on the East Coast of America and will also be prepared to travel to client sites across all regions of America.
