An experienced Training Manager is required to join a global broadcast product manufacturer based in Cambridgeshire, on a permanent basis.
As Training Manager, you will play a key role within the Professional Services team and be responsible for developing and delivering in-depth operational and technical training courses for internal staff, customers and business partners worldwide, both in-person and online. You will assess learning and development needs and help individuals and groups to build their knowledge and skills, via one-to-one and group training sessions.
You will devise and produce training guides, manuals, web-based seminars, video tutorials, syllabus and course materials and modify these accordingly to meet specific educational needs. To ensure all training programmes remain effective, you will continuously monitor and improve the teaching services offered, keep all documentation up to date with new features and cross sell other services to help increase revenue.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have proven industry experience as a Technical Trainer ideally for software technology systems, developing high level training courses and accompanying materials for direct delivery, online delivery and self-service webinars. Any additional knowledge of broadcast technology, systems configuration and workflow would be highly advantageous.
This position will involve extensive global travel; therefore, applicants must be flexible and willing to travel abroad, sometimes at short notice.
