Playing a key role within the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering in-depth operational and technical training courses for internal staff, customers and business partners worldwide, both in-person and online.

As the Technical Training Manager you will assess learning and development needs and help individuals and groups to build their knowledge and skills, via one-to-one and group training sessions.  You will devise and produce training guides, manuals, web-based seminars, video tutorials, syllabus and course materials and modify these accordingly to meet specific educational needs. This position will involve 50% global travel, therefore applicants must be flexible and willing to travel abroad, sometimes at short notice.
