Technical Project Manager

A Technical Project Manager is required to join a specialist camera manufacturer on a permanent basis.

As Technical Project Manager, you will work both in-house and on-location to deliver highly technical, large scale projects for some of the world’s most high-profile events and most popular TV productions. You will be responsible for liaising internally to ensure all projects are planned and delivered seamlessly, whilst offering impeccable customer service and highly specialised technical advice.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring full project delivery and will be involved in the end-to-end process from delivering winning tenders and providing accurate quotations through to project planning and design. Your duties will also include providing detailed equipment and prep lists, advising on crewing requirements and fulfilling on-site project management responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong knowledge across broadcast and media technologies, with experience working with a vast range of specialist broadcast camera systems. You will need to have a proven track record in delivering high-profile and complex technical productions, having often delivered multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working on tender responses would be highly advantageous, as would experience creating wiring diagrams and schematics.

Given the nature of the opportunity, it is fundamental to the role that the successful candidate is willing and able to travel across the UK and internationally on a project dependant basis.
