A Technical Account Executive is required to join an award-winning, cloud-based media solutions company in Central London, on a permanent basis.
As a Technical Account Executive, you will work directly with key clients as their main and first point of contact for all 1st line technical queries, where you will work to troubleshoot and resolve issues as quickly as possible, or escalate to a higher level when required.
You will also provide both on-site and remote user demonstrations and client training for cutting edge production, post-production and content distribution tools that lead the way with cloud technology.
You will be responsible for developing professional and effective relationships with key client contacts by ensuring they consistently receive outstanding customer service, so it's fundamental to this role that you are an excellent communicator, with a clear passion for emerging media and cloud technology.

We are looking for candidates in the early stages of their career who can demonstrate an understanding of production, post-production and media workflows and have a keen interest in media technology.
