Senior Project Workflow Engineer

Multiple Senior Project Workflow Engineers are required to join a leading media content company based in Amsterdam on an initial 6-month fixed-term contact. 

As Senior Project Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to new media technology projects including the design, commissioning and deployment of infrastructure and application platforms. Your duties will involve incident management, change management, problem management and working with engineering and other teams to resolve any design related issues. 

You will be involved with the allocation of work orders, media processing and ensuring that project delivery timelines are met and will be experienced with the implementation and support of broadcast workflows and systems. It is also important that you have good communication skills as you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners. 

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate a solid background in broadcast with strong workflow orchestration skills related to transcoding and video processing engines, ideally Telestream Vantage. It is also key that you have good knowledge of media asset management systems and scripting languages i.e. JavaScript, Perl, Python or Bash. 

People management skills are also important along with modern agile best practises and experience with Windows, Unix and Linux operating systems. Exposure to Aspera Orchestrate or BPA Automate would also be highly advantageous.
