A Senior Client Contact is required to join the London team of a leading supplier of film and broadcast equipment on a permanent basis.
As a Senior Client Contact you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several leading accounts within the film industry. You will work closely with them to suggest the best technical solutions for their requirements, managing the process from initial quoting stages, then through and beyond project delivery.
You will develop strong and trusting client relationships and will be their first point of call for any new requirements or issues. Your role will also include handling incoming customer enquiries, preparing professional quotes and completing all related administration.
In order to be successful for this role, we are looking for someone with proven account management experience across the film and television industries, with previous experience working in a kit rental or hire facility being hugely beneficial. You must be an adept communicator, with a professional, confident and positive approach.
