A great opportunity for a Senior Broadcast Engineer to join a London based broadcast studios facility on a permanent basis.
As Senior Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that any technical issues are rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring broadcast output isn't affected and providing a high level of service to the facilities clients.
The modern facility is 12G-SDI capable and includes 2 large and 2 small studios, graphics systems, edit suites, MCR and transmission control rooms with additional capacity to expand if and when required and this role will be working across their entire broadcast and IT infrastructure.
To be considered for this role applicants should have a strong broadcast engineering background with experience in a live broadcast studios environment. An excellent understanding of modern broadcast standards is also important, as is exposure to a range of broadcast equipment and systems including cameras, video and audio routers and glue, vision mixers, graphics, transmission and post production systems and satellite uplinking and downlinking.
Ideally applicants will also have good IT and networking skills with any Cisco experience being advantageous.
