We are currently working with a leading re-seller of professional broadcast equipment that is recruiting for a Sales Executive to be responsible for successfully identifying, managing and securing business with a range of freelancers, broadcasters, production companies and hire companies.
As a Sales Executive your role will involve managing and developing strong relationships with clients, efficiently managing incoming sales enquires and also pro-actively generating and persuing new business opportunities in order to achieve set sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a strong business network within the industry, a proven track record in generating business and solid technical understanding of broadcast video acquisition equipment, ideally both ENG/EFP and studio. You will have innate commercial awareness, and will therefore have an understanding of costings and profitability, and will have the ability to comprehend and produce accurate financial reports. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential and any experience of Sage software would also be hugely beneficial.
Candidates may be either home or office based, but must be able to visit the office as and when required and be happy and able to travel to client meetings, so a full UK driving licence and vehicle will also be essential.
