Acquisitions Administrator with fluent Russian language skills, required for a 9-month fixed-term contract with a leading broadcast organisation based in London.
As Acquisitions Administrator you will be responsible for processing all new content acquisition deals in a timely manner, preparing commercial terms and contracts and coordinating and attending internal meetings.
Your duties will include maintaining a database, raising purchase orders and drafting, preparing and distributing contract agreements, ensuring they are correctly signed. You will be a key point of contact for various departments, resolving queries and updating the system as necessary. This role will also include general administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have previously worked in an administrative position, with both fluent Russian and English language skills. Any media industry experience would be highly advantageous.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and an aptitude for numbers and calculations are a must, along with strong organisation and time management skills. It is also vital that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as you will be liaising with all levels within the business.
