A global broadcast organisation is currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join its international talent team, on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract basis, based in London.

As a Recruiter you will support the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, and will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the EMEA region. You will be the key liaison between various stakeholders and candidates, to ensure excellent service is delivered at all times.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, delivering feedback to Hiring Managers and building a strong pool of talent for a variety of regions and business groups. You will also work alongside the HR team to extend competitive offer packages to candidates and subsequently facilitate the onboarding process for new starters.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have strong experience of working as an in-house Recruiter or within recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) on-site, on an international or European scale. It is essential that you have worked with an applicant tracking system, for example iCIMS or Success Factors.

It is also important that you are highly organised, can manage multiple projects simultaneously and have strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively with internal clients and partners. Any additional European language skills would be highly advantageous.
