Production Manager required to join a leading broadcast organisation based in West London, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
As Production Manager you will be responsible for the entire on and off-air promo and creative production process which will consist of allocating resources, language process, compliance and shoot management. You will project manage creative projects such as re-brands, channel launches and AAA campaigns.
Your duties will include managing budgets, negotiating with 3rd party suppliers, liaising with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and that they are cost effective and financial guidelines are followed. You will act as the first point of escalation for the Assistant Production Manager and will also supervise a team, conducting biannual reviews, setting up goals as well as sourcing and onboarding freelancers.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a proven background in TV broadcasting within creative and digital production. Excellent team management experience, and an understanding of budgeting is a must, along with strong organisation and time management skills. It is also vital that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as you will be liaising with all levels within the business.
