An exciting opportunity for an experienced Russian speaking Personal Assistant to join an international digital distribution company based in Buckinghamshire on a permanent basis.
As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the COO with diary and email management, booking meetings, arranging international travel, taking minutes and notes, producing presentations using PowerPoint and processing invoices and expenses.
You will also be required to draft and send letters and contract agreements, proof read and edit documents and provide HR administration support for international offices. Other duties will include office management such as paper filing, typing reports and record keeping.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that candidates can demonstrate strong administrative experience working as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager or similar with fluent Russian and English language skills. A good understanding of UK business administration is important and it is key that you have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
