An Operations Manager is required to join a leading broadcast technology consultancy company based in Berkshire.
As Operations Manager, you will be managing a small team and working in collaboration with wider teams to ensure customers are left satisfied through continuous high-quality service, on-time deliveries and showing an understanding of their technology needs.
You will be responsible for overseeing team development and gathering requirements to put together business cases aligned with improving both business and system processes. As Operations Manager you will be accountable for ensuring Sales Orders, Shipping, Stock & Loan Management and Returns are processed correctly, documentation is completed and in line with customer contract agreements.
With an analytical and numerate mind, you will also provide finance support including monitoring invoice timing, resolving discrepancies and matching supplier invoices.
To be successful in this role, you will have commercial experience of working in an Operations Manager position or similar with demonstrable man-management experience, a proficiency in finance systems such as Exchequer and gathering requirements for Business Process Improvement. In addition, a background of working in a technology environment would be advantageous with experience and/or knowledge of the broadcast and media industry being highly beneficial.
