An Operations Executive is required to join a specialist advertising and sponsorship agency, on a permanent basis.
As Operations Executive, you will administrate inventory, develop and manage processes and procedures to maximise efficiency and income and to assist in identifying and creating solutions to optimise airtime ensuring they are recorded and managed correctly.
The role is split into several areas, so your duties will include booking, setting up and reconciling campaigns, trafficking, managing airtime, predicting ratings and also extensive client liaisons.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that applicants have strong communication skills. You must be able to demonstrate experience from an ad operations environment, with good knowledge of BARB/ Techedge, Caria and MediaPro. You must also be confident to assist in resolving issues over the phone and enjoy interacting with clients.
