A leading broadcast and media specialist PR, Marketing and Events agency requires an Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join its team on a part-time, permanent basis. The role will generally be supporting the Managing Director as well of the rest of the team and various clients.

As the Office Manager / PA you will be responsible for diary management, booking travel for the team and arranging industry events, managing expenses and dealing with phone and email correspondence. You will also be a key point of contact for suppliers such as recruitment agencies, IT support and merchandise providers and will support with document preparation and filing.

We are looking for someone who is super-organised and enthusiastic, with the ability to keep things running smoothly at all times, efficiently prioritise and happy to be in control. You will also be proficient using Outlook and Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel.

This is a part-time role, with the hours being either three full days (one must be a Monday) or one full day and four half days (full day must be a Monday), so would be well suited to someone looking for flexible work hours. The pro-rata salary on offer for these hours is approx £20,000, which would equate to £30,000-40,000 per annum for a full-time position.
