A Media Planner is required to join a global television broadcast organisation based in London on a permanent basis. Supporting the Media Planning Manager, you will be responsible for producing strategic promotional and navigational plans for the company's portfolio of international channels, ensuring they meet business KPIs and objectives.
As Media Planner, your duties will involve monitoring channel and campaign delivery, carrying out post- campaign analysis reports and researching and analysing audience data to maximise audience awareness. Other responsibilities will include the ongoing maintenance of all on air campaigns ensuring that campaign targets are continually being met in line with changing schedules, forecasts and predictions and that media planning grids are kept accurate and up to date.
You will carry out constant analysis of viewing behaviours and target audiences to spot trends and suggest recommendations in how to improve the viewing experience.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have some experience in media planning within broadcast television or for a media agency with knowledge of television planning and buying. It is also important that you have strong skills on Microsoft Office Package and good attention to detail whilst working well under pressure.
Working knowledge of Techedge or another audience measuring tool would be highly advantageous, along with a passion for television.
