An IT Support Technician is required to join a leading broadcast facilities company on a permanent basis.
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for both hardware and software issues, undertaking maintenance tasks across the company's IT infrastructure.
You will also be involved in both new and ongoing projects to improve company systems, such as Windows Domain and Server updates, so any experience with installations and roll-outs would be highly beneficial.
In this role you will also be responsible for testing and advising on new technologies, whilst creating documentation and user instructions when required.
Applicants should have excellent IT troubleshooting knowledge, with demonstratable experience supporting multiple users across both software and hardware issues, with a particular focus on a Windows environment.
Active Directory and Exchange 365 experience is also important, with any basic networking and Cisco exposure being particularly advantageous.
The hours for this position will be 9-5:30pm, however please note that flexibility will be required to run out-of-hours updates and installations on occasion.
Candidates with a Full UK Driving license and access to a vehicle will also be preferable, due to the office location.
