A leading broadcast facility based in London has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Support Engineer.
As IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing 1st to 3rd line support both on-site and remotely to a wide range of systems and technologies for users of all levels.
With excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills, you will support and maintain all systems, servers and network infrastructure ensuring issues and requests are prioritised and recorded in the ticketing system correctly. As part of the role you will also configure networks, VPNs, firewalls and administer Active Directory, critical systems and DNS and be responsible for continuously finding ways to develop the quality of their services and systems.
To be considered for this role applicants should have a proven background in the administration and configuration of Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 with demonstrable experience of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP and be familiar with WSUS and MDT. Candidates should understand TCP/IP networking, switches and firewalls (Juniper / Fortigate is desirable) and be able to administer corporate antivirus systems.
In addition to the above, previous experience with Linux OS, virtualised environments, container technology and networking monitoring systems would also be beneficial.
