A market leading, award-winning IPTV and Digital Signage solutions company has an exciting permanent opportunity for a Head of UK Sales. Reporting in to VP level, you will be responsible for managing and driving the company's UK sales, taking charge of a small sales team whilst also delivering against your own personal sales target.
The role would suit a highly successful and motivated sales professional who has the ambition and determination to define and implement a regional sales strategy, covering direct and channel sales. As the Head of UK Sales you will be working across a range of verticals including education, government, corporate, finance and broadcast, actively engaging with channel partners and end users to ensure the continual growth of the company's market presence.
To be considered, applicants need a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets across multiple verticals within the IP / AV / Digital Signage markets. A strong network of contacts across major AV systems integration and channel partners is also essential as is a strong technical understanding of AV and IP solutions.
Key attributes include self-motivation and the ability to manage and motivate others, an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
