We are currently recruiting on behalf of an industry leader in content distribution and management that has a very exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing Strategy & Business Development to join its team. In this role you will identify and attract new growth opportunities, specifically within sport, including broadcasters, federations, rights holders etc.
As the Head of Marketing Strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new trends and opportunities at an international level and then developing and driving strategy in order to attract future prospects, as well as to retain existing clients. As the driving force behind the sales function you will create and implement strategy, commercial plans, tools and documents to facilitate the success of the team.
You will also work with the operational and technical teams to drive new products and solutions in accordance with the business intelligence obtained to assess the ongoing and future expectations of key accounts.
Candidates must have previously worked in a senior business development capacity and possess strong links and industry connections from within sporting organisations & federations. You must also have a detailed appreciation of audiovisual and digital technology specifically relevant to these sports markets. Exceptional oral and written skills are essential to present and explain information in a clear and concise manner.
