An international broadcast organisation has an excellent opportunity for an Edit Coordinator to join its London-based team on an initial 3-month contract. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the company's editing facilities and will act as the main point of contact between the Media Management, Programme Operations and Editing departments.
As an Edit Coordinator your duties will include creating browses of completed edits for Producer approval, sending all approved programmes to Ingest and QC and manually typing and transferring data from edit reports to Mediaflex, including timecodes, audio configurations and aspect ratios. You will also track workflows in ScheduALL by updating the job status within bookings and support the Media Manager in manually restoring assets when required to ensure that material is available for editing.
To be considered for this role you must have worked in a similar capacity, ideally within a post-production environment, and have knowledge of digital files and technologies. The ability to work well under pressure and to identify problems is also important, along with good communication and interpersonal skills.
If you feel you have the right skills and experience to be successful in this role, then please apply with a copy of your Word CV now. Please note, only applicants who are already fully eligible to live and work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship can be considered.
