A global broadcast organisation is recruiting for a Digital Operations Assistant to join its London based team on an initial 6-month contract basis. As a Digital Operations Assistant you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining processes and workflows supporting the Product and Technology department. Acting as the central point of contact for various stakeholders, the role will include managing team resourcing, holiday approvals, applications and on-boarding new members of staff.
Your duties will involve assisting on the delivering of assigned projects, creating purchase orders, processing vendor payments and tracking expenses and communicating budget status with the management team. You will assist with monthly forecasting and annual budget planning to accurately allocate costs, provide support to facilitate legal compliance, track timesheets and hours and coordinate logistics such as scheduling rooms, video conferences, document preparation and distribution.
To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you have worked within a media or technology company previously and have good working knowledge of SAP, Jira/ Confluence. You must also have extensive organisational skills and a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment with strong Microsoft Office skills and exceptional attention to detail.
