We have an excellent permanent opportunity for a Customer Support Associate to join the London-based team of an international video advertising company, specialising in the delivery of video content to the broadcast industry.
Playing a key role in the business, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer support to end users via telephone and email, troubleshooting technical issues related to the company's products and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
As a Customer Support Associate you will develop specialist knowledge of the company's systems and solutions, to confidently perform product demonstrations at client sites and deliver training to customers. Your duties will also include data processing, monitoring and assigning metadata and processing changes as and when necessary.
Applicants will ideally have previous experience of working in TV, digital or the wider media industry, with a keen personal interest in the world of advertising and a good understanding of the UK television market.
Exceptional communication skills are vital, along with an excellent telephone manner, a methodical approach and a strong appreciation for customer service and team work. You must be self-motivated with a can-do attitude and have the confidence to assist users over the phone and face-to-face. Any additional experience of GSuite, Excel or Access would be highly advantageous.
