As Content Operations Coordinator your duties will involve ordering required languages for your channel, issuing sub-dubs (subtitles / dubbing), sending scripts and material to suppliers and ensuring databases are accurate and up-to-date. You will also be required to book internal edits, obtain sign-off from programming contacts, highlight any legacy issues in advance, troubleshoot late running files / programmes and deal with language supplier requests on a daily basis.
To be considered for these opportunities it is essential that you have worked within television broadcast operations previously and have sound working knowledge of broadcast systems such as IBMS and ScheduALL (or similar). You must also be able to prioritise and manage a large number of projects simultaneously, have intermediate Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail.
You must be able to communicate effectively in an international environment and any additional language skills would also be highly desirable.
