A leading global telecommunications organisation based in Central London have an exciting permanent opportunity available for an experienced Content Manager with strong Adobe Experience Manager knowledge.

The company is currently in the process of migrating their web estate onto Adobe Experience Manager, with a view to increasing the flexibility of publishing content and creating a much more powerful analytics and campaign management platform. Working as part of the company's Enterprise division - a business-facing unit, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the AEM platform on a day-to-day basis.

You will collaborate closely with the Copywriting team to publish content onto various websites (emails, documents, videos, images and copy), the SEO experts to ensure all content is continually optimised for keyword trawling and traffic and the Analytics specialists to make sure the correct data reports are being produced.

You will guide in-house technical delivery teams with template, configuration and capability changes and also work alongside the Digital Product Management and Product Design teams to shape new functional requirements - identifying the opportunities and challenges these also present.

Key responsibilities will also include ensuring the right level of accessibility standards are set and adhered to across the digital estate, managing marketing campaigns, A/B testing and providing training on AEM as required.

To be considered for this role, candidates will have proven experience and expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, optimising web pages for SEO ranking and using Adobe Campaign Manager and Adobe Target, ideally within a B2B (business-to-business environment). You will also be familiar with WCAG 2.0 accessibility requirements.

Strong stakeholder management, team working, presentation and communication skills are essential.
