A Commercial Operations Coordinator is required to join an international broadcast organisation on an initial 8-month contract.
As Commercial Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling and successfully delivering all commercial content within the UK and emerging markets.
Duties will include coordinating promotional content, liaising with Ingest teams to source missing content, ensuring material is fully compliant with regional advertising regulations, creating break patterns and ensuring scheduled airtime / ad sales spots are accurate in accordance with agency insertion orders. You will also be required to report commercial related log errors, capture key performance data for metrics reporting and ensure campaigns are delivered and aired to tight deadlines.
To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the television and advertising industry ideally with experience in broadcast operations, commercial traffic or presentation scheduling related roles. Those with a recent media related degree or equivalent will also be considered.
You must also have exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills.
A basic understanding of broadcast workflows and Ofcom commercial regulations and compliance would also be highly advantageous.
