A highly ambitious Channel Sales Manager is required for a permanent opportunity with a leading IP video technology company, based in France.

As Channel Sales Manager you will play a key role in the Central European Sales team, and establish and maintain fruitful relationships with key contacts across AV and convergence channel partner accounts. Leveraging these relationships, you will position the company as the number one choice for IPTV solutions across target market sectors, including Corporate, Finance, Education, Broadcast, Healthcare and Stadia.

In this target-driven role, you will work closely with channel partners and identify, qualify and realise commercial opportunities for the company's cutting-edge IP video products. You will ensure success by delivering sales & technical training, product demonstrations and engaging with resellers throughout the system design, delivery and solution support phases.

You will also forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales volumes for each assigned channel partner account.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have fluency in English and French (reading, writing and speaking) and a proven track record of managing channel partner and reseller sales within the Central European audio-visual industry, ideally having previously worked for an AV or IP technology vendor.

You will have a deep technical understanding of IPTV solutions and IP networking - any AV certifications would be beneficial.

Entrepreneurial spirit and an engaging personality, along with strong relationship building and communication skills are essential.

Applicants with an IT / SMATV sales background and a strong understanding of AV, convergence and multi-media technologies may also be considered. Any additional experience of selling into regional or international corporate or financial institutions would also be highly advantageous.

A valid European driving licence and own vehicle are essential, along with the flexibility to travel at short notice.
