A fantastic opportunity to work with a leading broadcast technology and systems company who are looking to recruit a Product Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be heavily client facing covering both pre and post sales and working with customers to highlight the benefits of the company's range of products.
As Product Specialist, you will conduct and manage product demonstrations, configuring proof of concept evaluations both on customer sites and remotely. You will manage the production and collection of demo content ensuring it is always kept up to date and fit for purpose and also work closely with the company's sales team supporting them with answers to product questions when required.
Applicants should have a proven background within the broadcast industry with a strong knowledge ideally across both broadcast playout and graphics products. Excellent client facing and presentation skills are essential as is strong problem solving and diagnostic skills. Experience with products including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, 3s Studio Max etc would be highly beneficial as would knowledge of cloud and IP technologies, scripting and a second language.
The role will require international travel so a flexible approach to working hours and travel is also essential.
