We are looking for a Bookings Coordinator to join a leading broadcast hire equipment facility based in London on a permanent basis.
As Bookings Coordinator you will work as part of a close-knit team and be responsible for providing crew and equipment to the broadcast industry.
Your duties will involve liaising regularly with a portfolio of clients to discuss any equipment queries, provide quotations and update customers at all times with kit, courier and crew bookings. You will also be responsible for calendar management and liaising with technical staff to ensure all client technical requirements.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have previously worked within a broadcast hire equipment facility with good client services experience and knowledge of technical filming equipment. It is essential that you have good experience working on MAC computers and are skilled on Microsoft Excel.
It is also important that you can demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, with a great ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast-paced role.
