An experienced Bookings Manager is required to join a leading broadcast hire equipment facility based in London on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the successful completion of bookings from start to finish.
As Bookings Manager, your duties will involve providing quotes, organising technical requirements and logistics, processing invoices and maintaining great relationships with clients; ensuring they have received excellent customer service.
You are required to have commercial awareness to be able to successfully negotiate equipment rental budgets and therefore a good knowledge of technical equipment is also required.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have worked within bookings for a film or broadcast equipment rental facility and be able to demonstrate experience with MAC and booking systems. It is also key that you have a good phone manner with a strong understanding of the TV and film industry. Other skills that are essential include being highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
