As an Account Manager you will be managing both new and existing key accounts to advise clients on technical solutions for their requirements, providing accurate quotations and booking hires.
You will be responsible for leading and mentoring Junior Bookings Coordinators in order to enhance and support their development. You will also assist with logging and tracking enquiries on bespoke internal systems, handling incoming enquiries and completing all relevant administration.
As an Account Manager you will have proven experience in successful account management for broadcast, media and television clients and have strong knowledge of broadcast equipment and the rental & hire industry. You will be a first point of contact for numerous clients, so a friendly approach, superb communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused in a hectic environment is essential.
