Account Executive

An exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Executive to join a leading global technology company based in London, which specialises in the delivery of advertising content to the broadcast and media industry.

As Junior Account Executive you will be responsible for day-to-day client account management activities, including understanding customer requirements, pricing structures, managing projects, attending face-to-face meetings, resolving any issues clients have and ensuring next steps are put into action efficiently.

Other duties will include setting up billing and reporting processes, maintaining and updating the CRM system, reviewing and updating workflow training documents and identifying and recommending process improvements to benefit the company and their clients.

You will be the first point of contact for new clients and end users, including those at high profile advertising agencies and creative post houses - it is therefore vital that you are confident in speaking with contacts of varying levels of seniority. Your role will also involve entertaining clients and taking overall ownership of relationships.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have strong English written and verbal communication skills, as you will solely be working with UK clients and it is important that you are able to deal with issues in high-pressured situations. Strong computer skills are also key, as well as a high level of numeracy and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Any previous experience in an account management or customer service focused role would be highly advantageous. Those with a recent degree or equivalent will also be considered.

This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in account management with a leading global technology organisation and develop your client relationship building skills.

If you feel you have the right skills and experience to be successful in this role, then please apply with a copy of your Word CV now. Please note, only applicants who are already fully eligible to live and work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship can be considered.
