What do you do at Christy Media?

I manage our business operations ensuring our clients and candidates receive consistently high levels of quality within the services we provide, and I’m also responsible for staff training.

How long have you worked at Christy Media?

Since July 2006. Prior to Christy Media I worked as a Project Leader for a document management consultancy, Account Manager and Senior Consultant for an IT contract recruiter, and a Business Development Manager for a management consultancy.

What is the best thing about your job?

Working with new employees to help them develop and improve their skills.

What is your favourite film?

The Shawshank Redemption.
